This morning there was a mistake with the server host that caused the server to be cancelled and I didn’t get any notification about it either. They made the server available with a backup placed into a secondary folder, but then disappeared and I haven’t been able to get the server working! I put in a support ticket at 1:27pm and as of now (8:19pm), the server is still down and they haven’t responded to me once! I am very frustrated to say the least.
I put in an order with another provider and when that server becomes available, I will test the waters in preparation for a possible move in the very near future.
